Unfortunately, heavy or bulky items are excluded from the above flat shipping rates. Any of these items will automatically have $10 added to the shipping rate in checkout.
If you are outside of Australia and New Zealand please contact us for a quote to ship these items to you.
How long until I receive my order?
All orders domestic and international are sent via Australia Post unless specified otherwise in the tracking information. Please check Australia Post's service updates for the most accurate information regarding shipping timeframes:

Delayed, lost and damaged parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, Fox and Roo Kids can hold no further responsibility for delays, damages or lost parcels. We will however, gladly assist you to lodge any required enquiries with Australia Post.
Unless specifically requested and invoiced to the customer as an additional charge, all parcels are sent without a signature being required on delivery. Australia Post will determine if there is a safe location to leave your parcel.
